Value Identification Supports Business Development

It has been twenty years since the establishment of JUSHA Medical in 1996. How to catch the opportunity and achieve second take-off in the next decade? It is an inevitable subject of JUSHA people.
On March 25, the cooperative project of JUSHA Medical and Aon Hawitt HR was successfully held in headquarter in Nanjing. The President of JUSHA Medical Mr. Wang Wei is assigned as group leader of the management team. The global partner of Aon Hawitt HR, Mr. Chen Guo is assigned as project director. All department leaders and members of Aon Hawitt project attended the conference.
The conference was hosted by Senior HR Manager and group leader of execution team, Mr. Liu Huasong. Vice group leader Miss Bu Fanlin gave a report of the current HR situation of JUSHA Medical and how to recruit, cultivate, evaluate, motivate and develop talents.

Mr. Chen Guo introduced all team members and expressed their willingness to cooperate with JUSHA Medical. He also expressed his good wishes that the goals of this project could be achieved through the joint effort of all members. Then the consulting director of Aon Hawitt HR introduced implementation plan, phased target and general target of the project.
In the end, Mr. Wang Wei brought up requirements to this project. He demands the senior executives and department leaders to pay much attention to this project, to realize the importance of procedure and institution, and to bravely bear periodic distress. He emphasized that we should work together and that the benign growth and second take-off will only be realized if the operation, management and culture could be optimized and mature continuously.
